The path to your assessment
Three steps.
Everything in one place.
- 01
Make your business identifiable
Gather your business details and the links to your terms, returns or cancellation policy and privacy notice.
- 02
Submit your application
Sign in and complete your application. Your own overview shows the status, comments and any requested changes.
- 03
Receive a reasoned decision
An authorised assessor checks the application. Approval follows only after the assessment; applicants cannot approve their own applications.

Returns & cancellation

Privacy & data
Include your business's public privacy information in your application.
Is a claimed profile the same as a trustmark?
A profile claim checks who may manage a business. Certification is a separate substantive assessment. These statuses are shown separately on the business profile.
Do I receive the trustmark if I subscribe?
A subscription provides access to the corresponding review tools. It does not change the assessment or trustmark status. An application is assessed separately.
What happens if information is missing?
The assessor may request changes. Read the explanation in your application, add the missing information and resubmit the revised application.
Can I apply from outside the Netherlands?
The current application process is designed for Dutch businesses and requires a Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number. Contact us for a business in another country; the website's language does not change the assessment procedure.
Your next step
Make your business verifiable.
Start with your details. Then follow every step of the assessment.
